EcTownUSA started in 2005 to create solutions for Chambers of Commerce so that they could increase value in membership to help them grow and retain membership.

Once the Going Green programs began to really take hold in America in early 2009, we realized that with some adjustments to our current systems we could help

communites automate much of this process at a very low cost and then automate the promotion of their communities by using our proven advertising network.

In any case we knew that the program needed to be backed by professionals who had many years in this industry, while at the same time being sure that the program remained very inexpensive for the end business user.
