STEP 1: Website Setup

We create a Going Green website located at http://yourcity.goinggreenprogram.com with many automated functions that you will be able to integrate into existing website. We may also suggest converting your existing website into a state-of-the-art content management system that is both easy to manage and designed for high performance indexing on search engines like Google®.

The website will offer your visitors advanced functions for the community you serve and showcase your members through advanced directory and search tools.

We are also happy to work with your existing webmaster to integrate the full functionality of this system.

STEP 2: Data on Members Loaded

If you are setting up a new community then this will be handled automatically as new members join online through your website. They may pay with a credit card or simply print an electronic invoice that they may return with a check. The system will automatically manage all of this processing for you.

If you already have a large membership then you can provide this information to us in an electronic viersion and we will be sure it is loaded for you before your new community is launched.

STEP 4: We'll Train You In-person While Online

Since we promote the concept of Going Green our training is typically over the phone while sharing our screens with you live.

We pride on making our customers very happy so you'll be provided with all the support and training you will need at no extra cost!

STEP 3: Program Manager Automation Launched

Once the website is finished then we will integrate the Going Green Program Manager that will take your organization to the next level.
